Opening in self.. i wanted click a button & another .swf file opens in the same window..
Here it's NOT about opening a file... it's about AUTOMATICALLY downloading it on the computer of the person
(Thank you for translating the autocorrect "asled" from "posted", which just auto corrected again to "asked".)
A .swf file is the "final" file from a Flash file, and Flash is now obsolete. I played with Flash very briefly a dozen years ago, so many others know much more about Flash. It has been replaced by Adobe Animate, which is why Bob Levine corrected pointed you in that direction in the July 22 post. You can export from InDesign to .swf, which is what I think you are doing.
Read this help fle about editing a swf file using Adobe Animate. It should answer both posts. Let me know if it does or does not. If it does not, the questions should be posted in the Adobe Animate forum.
Does this help?
Thank you.. I will check it within a few day & make sure to let you know..
