The question marks on your folders indicate that your folders+images are not where Lightroom thinks they are.
The catalog database thinks they are in a folder [LaYaN] but they are not there.
It is possible you have done one or more functions in the operating system- File Explorer/Finder, such as Deleted, Moved, or Re-named the folders.
You will need to know where the folders now exist in your computer, then in Lightroom, Right-click on the missing folder and select "Update Folder Location" by browsing in the Finder/explorer window and choosing the folder in its 'new' position or name.
If it was deleted, then you will have to restore images from backups.
If there is a question mark icon, the "Update Folder Location" command will not appear. The user should right-click on the folder name and select "Find Missing Folder" from menu that appears.
More details are in this document: Adobe Lightroom - Find moved or missing files and folders
Thanks DJ, for the correction "Find Missing Folder" it should be. (Something I have never experienced!)
Neither have I, except during testing to make sure I understood the instructions at that link.
But it seems this is a problem that beginners often run into.
