    created a new account and still not able to access the programs


      Hey guys!


      I had a student account last year and had to create a new one to be able to access the student account again (that's what Adobe says when you try to download a program like Indesign for example).

      I did what they have written on their website and updated everything. Still i am not able to access the applications though.

      Adobe keeps telling me to create a new account (AGAIN) although it shows that they have already received the payment for this month + it says that i am working the new student account.


      What am i missing?

      What should i do to get it to work?
