    Error 16


      My hard drive recently crashed, and I was forced to copy everything over from a back up. But when I went to reinstall Premiere Pro CC 2015.3 from the creative cloud, it not only informs me that I only have 7 days left of my trail, it advises me to "BUY IT NOW" I've already bought it, I pay for it every month.


      Worse than that, trying to open the program gives me "Error 16" and tells me to go ask for help using that code.


      How can I fix this?
