What do i have to do to have this problem solved for me?
It has been almost a month since I made the payment and still the issue has not been solved.
I have contacted Adobe 3 times and i always get the same answer, I just have to wait... or just get an other subscription.
Will i have to renew my subscription after 11 months knowing i payed a month ago and my account is not active.
Such a simple thing, it is unbelievable that Adobe can just get it fixed.
