    ADOBE UNABLE TO ACTIVATE OUR ACCOUNT DURING 1 WEEK !

      We paid for second time our Adobe full membership on June 11th. USD 609

      We are honestly living in China and do not use cracked programs.

      Since, we received warnings as we did not pay, nevertheless on our account info is marked paid and next renewal June 2017. After several friendly chats (expect the last one today), they agreed to solve the problem within 24 - 48 hours. Today is marked: membership plan expired !! We are blocked in our work and refuse opening new accounts or refund. Such a sh.. company can not solve a simple problem and they know the problem as they told it is a problem of synchronisation between account and activation. Unbelievable but truth. I think to call Chinese television to publish the already bad relationship between Adobe and China.
