How do you sue Adobe for Faulty software

Apparently Adobe will not support faulty software if you have bought it. Only if you rent it. This is all I can find on their web site. I feel that this is wrong and there must be a legal precedent or trading standard that can help me. There must be a way to legally challenge in court their refusal to support their products if they are faulty.

You can not contact them. FAQs are not relevant and forums are just a way of them not fulfilling their obligations and trusting to kind members of the public to do their responsibility. Unfortunately if the job is repairing Adobe software the community can not do this.

Does anyone have any advice for me. Is anyone else in this situation.
