Apparently Adobe will not support faulty software if you have bought it. Only if you rent it. This is all I can find on their web site. I feel that this is wrong and there must be a legal precedent or trading standard that can help me. There must be a way to legally challenge in court their refusal to support their products if they are faulty.
You can not contact them. FAQs are not relevant and forums are just a way of them not fulfilling their obligations and trusting to kind members of the public to do their responsibility. Unfortunately if the job is repairing Adobe software the community can not do this.
Does anyone have any advice for me. Is anyone else in this situation.
Your Rant is useless! You haven’t described what the problem is for us to assist you. My advise is find another place to vent. When you're done, IF you want help from fellow users, first describe exactly what the problem is, the version of LR you're using, the version and OS you're using.
The OP has too many threads on this so this one is being locked..
Use one thread only..... further threads created will be removed - thank you.
