I recently upgraded to Window 10, and now the content I previously paid for in Photoshop express is not available to me. It says now that it is free, all I have to do is sign in with my adobe ID. When I go to sign in with my adobe id, google, or Facebook it tells me there is an error and to try again. I have already tried changing my password, that's not the problem. I see others are having this issue and there is no reply from Adobe. Please fix this!
We are looking at resolving this on priority. There seems to be an issue with Windows desktop and Windows tablet devices. It is working fine for Windows Phone.
