I want to register for an account at Adobe Stock, but i constantly get an error message (a system error occurred). All payment (amex) and invoice details are correct and tried multiple times in different browsers (chrome & firefox) and emptied cache. I'm Amsterdam (the Netherlands) based, so that shouldn't be the problem either.
Tried to reach Adobe customer service here in the Netherlands, but the contact information given online (Adobe Nederland - Ondersteuning : Adobe Products ) seems incorrect. The phone number disconnects and the email address is not used anymore.
Which Stock plan do you wish to sign up for?
Trying to sign up for the €29,99 per month (first month trial) plan. Any chance you know what the issue is?
I'm not sure what is causing this issue but have escalated to our IT team for assistance. I'll let you know when I hear back from them.
