I created an export plug-in which processes JPG images with an extern program. During this processing the extension is changed from JPG to PNG.
So during export first the image is exported as JPG file, standard export filter behavior.
In the "postProcessRenderedPhotos" function an external program processes this photo and outputs the PNG version of it.
Since it is an export filter, the user should be able to use the standard Lightroom Post-Processing feature at the bottom after the processing in this export filter.
Issue: in the post-processing the originally exported JPG file is opened instead of the PNG file.
Question: how can I make sure that the next processing step, mostly Post-Processing, is using the newly created PNG file instead of the originally exported JPG.
