TimeLapse using Adobe After Effects CC

    Headstones

I am using After Effects to create a timelapse composition. I was able to create the timelapse without issue but my calculations seem to be different from what After Effects is showing me.

I wanted to create a timelapse for 6 seconds at 24fps. So I figured I would need 6X24 = 144 images. I was taken an image every 1 minute and it took me 2hours and 25 minutes. I imported all the images into After Effects and created a composition for 24 fps. I drag the images to the composition timeline and it only shows me 4.2 seconds.

What am I missing or doing wrong?

      Thanks
