Gripe: Adobe CC Library Color Themes in Illustrator/PS/InDesign

This has been a gripe of mine for awhile now. When I'm creating color themes in Adobe Color, having them populate in my CC Library in the program, why on EARTH can I not eyedrop from the CC Library I created!!!

It seems asinine that I need to manually add these colors to my swatches in order to use them with the eyedropper tool or to click on them in the program. What is the point of even having the CC Library window? Dreamweaver has figured out this problem and allows eyedropping directly from the CC Library.

Why on Earth can't all Adobe programs get on the same page and work the same way across their respective platforms! This is basic UX/UI at this point!
