I attempted to use an m4a sound file as a sountrack file in Premel 14 but found when I placed on the audio track they have no sound.

I tried to find a solution to the problem and came across info that m4a's can be converted to mp3's using Adobe's Media Encoder. Is this a tool on Prem El14??

If so how do i access and use this converter?  Thanks for your help
