    Adobe Email Unsubscribe FAIL

I would rather have sent this to a support specialist but since Adobe has no such support option, I'm forced to post this in a public forum...

I've been trying to unsubscribe from receiving your emails. But when I click unsubscribe, I am taken to a page the contains two radio buttons and one submit button, none of which are labeled. Screenshot:

It's a joke, right? I have to guess which one will unsubscribe me?

Feeling daring, I just clicked 'submit' with the bottom radio button selected to see what might happen, despite the fact that in not knowing what I am requesting it might opt me in for even more ********. What a surprise: nothing happens.

My perfectly normal platform:   Macbook Air (early 2015) / OSX El Capitan v 10.11.6 / Chrome version 52.0.2743.116 (64 bit)

As this mystery page has been live for some time, it seems that Adobe cultivates fails of this kind in order to keep customers in your relentless marketing loop.

So now have to go into my preference center and click checkboxes for some time to make sure I'm opted out, when I should have had an industry-standard 1-click experience. It's almost as unpleasant as the process everyone goes through when forced to sit on hold for an hour or so just to cancel a subscription (which at this moment I actually feel inspired to consider).

          Unwanted Email notices

Click your avatar picture near the upper right corner (slightly to the left of the pencil) and select PREFERENCES then set all Email Preferences to OFF and click Save at the bottom left

Another new feature is that Jive7 is oriented toward social networking... so every time you start or reply to a message you are automatically added to a FOLLOW list... meaning you receive a notification of every subsequent message in that thread

Click the FOLLOW link at the upper right and select STOP FOLLOWING... and don't click the link again to check your status, as you will then be added to the CONNECTIONS STREAM and you will have to uncheck that option as well

And, after you post in a message thread and select Stop Following, you need to do it all over again the next time you add a reply to the same message thread, since EVERY POST adds you to the automatic Follow list
