A month ago my Creative Cloud Photography subscription suddenly was suspended (expired) although I had a valid payment information in the account. I have contacted customer support, the issue was escalated, and after 5 days (when I was not able to use the software I paid for) the issue was resolved.
And guess what happened yesterday, a month after previous incident? The same problem - Lightroom and Photoshop do not work, customer support escalated the issue again and I have to wait a few days until it will be (hopefully) resolved.
BTW, the issue is not related to payment - they charge my card every month! But I am not able to use the service :-(
My main question - should I expect this problem every month? Any suggestion how to avoid this problem?
