You probably need to permanently delete the files as they are held in an archive when you delete them.
The easiest way is to use the CC app on your computer by going to the files section and selecting the view archive option, your web browser should open showing the files.
Delete them using the options on the page.
Hi, as suggested I deleted the files in the archive and it works right afterword but now when I opened Creative Cloud the space is used by 100% again. I believe somethings wrong with the account?

Every day, I get the message that my storage is full. There is nothing in storage. Archive is empty. Please advise.

I checked on my local CC file folder and its only 13GB (on a 256Gb ssd hard drive)
I checked on my online CC account and there is nothing in storage, nothing in the archive.

Files are empty.
Still receiving error message that it is full when it is not.
This is EXTREMELY aggravating and displays a complete lack of customer service.
