    Premiere Elements 13 trial watermark

    Unfamiliar1 Level 1

Hello!  I Purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 13 abd Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 a few weeks before Christmas in 2014. I had tons of problems, but finally got it working summer 2015. It has been working fine, but lately started freezing and messing up a lot. Today, it absolutley would not allow me to access my projects unless I accepted a free 30 day trial,  so I did. Now there is a huge watermark about how it was made with Adobe premiere elements trial. I ALREADY purchased the full product! What can I do? Please help soon, I have a huge project due August 13th...Please help!

Something is very wrong with your computer. At the very least, you should download and run Malware Bytes.

I can't imagine any situation in which a purchased product will suddenly become a 30-day trial.

What operating system are you using? Have you recently changed any hardware or upgraded to a new operating system, like Windows 10?

What processor does your computer have and how much RAM? How much free, clean, freshly defragmented space does your hard drive have?
