Does your config.xml have the platform defined?
If yes, does it list Windows as a build option on the dashboard?
Notice that there are now two Windows Phone Key sections now: "Windows Phone", and "Windows 10". Windows Phone keys are actually just Publisher IDs, used for Cordova-Windows 3.x (used by phonegap-version cli-5.4.1 and below). Windows 10 keys are used for Cordova-Windows 4.x and over (used by phonegap-version cli-6.0.0 and above).
Yes, my config.xml has Windows Phone platform defined and I am able to build the application for this platform.
I have successfully build the application with my winstore publisher id a few weeks ago.
Even if I try creating a new key at the Build page I'm requested to enter the publisher id, not to upload the key file (meaning the platform defined and picked up correctly).
Is it correct to understand then that if I put in the config file:
<preference name="phonegap-version" value="cli-5.4.1" />
it can be signed with just the publisher id? will this mean it cannot be uploaded to the windows app store?
