This started yesterday night about 830. Both CS and LR became very slow and started lagging till I had to restart both applications. Once I restarted I got a message telling me that my trial period had ended. I'm on the monthly 9.99 plan. Payment was just taken out of my account last week. I've talked to chat 3 times and all they can tell me is try again in a few hours. This is asinine for such a big company to have an issue where support has no clue and can offer no suggestions other then try again in a few hours...
