I have embedded an MP4 that is 7mb in size into my InDesign document. In playback, after using 'Publish online', functionality is good [goes to full screen etc] but the video content is extremely slow to load. So slow that it is unwatchable. It isn't the internet connection as it is being tested from a variety of regions where the problem remains that the video loads poorly. Any suggestions on video content or the manner in which I'm embedding the video will be appreciated. Any suggestions at all actually will be appreciated!
You're pushing the limits on the size of videos.
"But if you want an optimum reading experience of the Publish Online Documents we recommend that you encode your videos to mp4 files and keep them fairly small in size."
