Yes, the Premiere Clip theme soundtracks are royalty free. Enjoy!
Thanks Peter, I appreciate your reply :-)
Adobe Premiere Clip theme soundtracks for commercial use ok?

Yes it's ok to use for commercial use. See the Adobe Terms below.
I received a notice of copyright violation on one of my Youtube videos created using Premiere Clip. I have disputed that claim but I'm wondering how I can substantiate it. Is there a "Terms of Service" page for Premiere Clip that states that the music provided in the app is licensed by Adobe in such a way as to pass that license on the it's users?
Here's the clip in question:
- Copyrighted content: Curvebender
- Claimed by: Exploration Group LLC_Sound Recordings
I'd like to stay in good standing with Youtube so please let me know how I should proceed.
I hope Adobe continues to improve Premiere Clip. It has a lot of potential but really needs more functionality. Perhaps a paid version for us CC subscribers?
This is not anything public facing that is specific to the usage of soundtracks provided in Clip. Please let me know if YouTube denies your request and I can try to escalate this issue.
I have the same issue as Rob Shaver. I have not yet started the dispute process but I would like to know if there has been any changes to this.
I sent an email to the reported copyright holder and here's what they said:
Thanks for reaching out. We've had this happen in the past with this track as apparently its similar to another track.
We're out of town at the moment but when we return we'll reach out to the claimant and ask that they remove their claim.
So I'm still waiting to hear back.
