Pro Dc not Fc.
There is no product called Reader Pro. Do you have a subscription to Acrobat Pro DC, in use on Mac or Windows? If you aren't 100% sure, what is the cost per month?
I suppose that you are trying to use the "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC" subscription service in Acrobat Reader for iOS.
Have you signed in with the Adobe ID that you used to purchase the subscription?
By an "edit button", do you mean the "Edit PDF" option in the Tool Switcher or something else?
Please note that "Edit PDF" feature is available only for iPads (not for iPhones).
Please let us know if you have additional questions.
I on on my iPad and i still cannot see the edit button
I am on my iPad and still cannot see this edit button
I called in and the technical support people I was transferred o told me as well it was not supported on the iPhone or iPad.
On your iPad, would you please go to "My Account" in the Tool Switcher and sign in with your Adobe ID?
After signing in, please check the "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC" section of the My Account screen. Does it say "subscribed" (in light gray) or "subscribe" (in green)?
If "subscribe" is shown in green after you sign in with your Adobe ID, it means that you are not subscribed to the "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC" service.
Unfortunately, we are not able to look up your subscription status here in this Adobe user forum.
Would you please contact Adobe Customer Care?
Please make sure to click/tap the "Still need help? Contact us" button so that you can select the Chat option.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
