Creative Clouds apps not installing updates

      Hello all!

So Adobe released Creative Cloud updates for all apps. I have one terrible problem. Anytime I click on the "Update" tab for each of the program available, my computer waits a few seconds and a new window appears called "Microsoft Visual C++ x86 Minimum Runtime - 14.0.23918" and a message appears saying

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi' in the bow below" then three buttons are available with "OK", "Cancel" or "Browse".

When I click "OK", I get the following.

"The path 'C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{A2563E55-3BEC-3828-8D67-E5E8B9E8B675)v14.0.23026\packages\vcRuntimeMinimum_x86\vcr untimeMinimum_x86.msi' cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2015x86 Minimum Runtime - 14.0.23026"

I located the files that it was trying to install from but they didn't exist, however I tried other folders corresponding to the file it was looking for, but they weren't any good either.

Please can anyone help me out?

For reference sake I am using Windows 7 operating system, it is fully updated and the following information was when I tried to update Adobe Audition CC to 2015.2. This is the case for ALL app updates.
