I´ve got a LR-Licence to install LR on two computers. My old laptop got an hardware defect, so I´m not able to deactivate the LR-Licence on my own, to be able to install LR on the new laptop. Your help page adviced me to get in direct contact with the adobe support team. So I´m suprised, that the only contact option I´ve got is this english public forum (why ever you choose this way).
So help me, please.
