    Payment Error - Cannot Purchase Single Image

      I cannot purchase a single image from Adobe Stock photos I receive an error as follows:

      Payment error

      We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.

      I have spent an hour on chat and another wasted phone call to support. No one can give me an answer. No-one could clarify what the "technical difficulties" referred to.

      The chat person tried to tell me I need to get a subscription which I already have. The phone person told me to use a different email address and create a new logo in.

      I need an image for an ad deadline and look like having to revert back to Shutterstock which I would prefer not to do.

      I am based in Australia. My full Creative Cloud plan is current. My credit card details are current. I have previously made purchases without issue.

      Anyone else have similar issues or have any idea on what to do next?
