Hello! I installed the latest software onto a PC a few months back. Since then, that old PC stopped communicating to the internet and I had to get a new PC. All instructions I have read so far tells me I must be connected to the internet in order to "sign-out" and continue with the deactivation process. Are there other alternatives?
Try contacting Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations. Be sure to not ask for more than that or they might send you back to the forums where no one can help. After the activations are reset you recover the lost activations for use elsewhere.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

Your license allows for having two machines with activated installations, so if you only have the one then you should be able to install and activate on the new machine without an issue.
