          Hi jmlevy,

Do you have the file saved on a network drive or any of its assets? If yes, try to save them locally and then print. Also need to know which printer are you using? Did you check with a different one?

          Regards,

          Om

            HI ohmnath,

We use an editorial system: the indd files are checked out from a DAM and stored temporarily on the client machines, then checked in. All the assets are also on a DAM. So, it is impossible for us to save locally the images files.

Ou printers are either Xerox WorkCentre Series 7500 or Canon Advance Runner C5045.

              Hi jmlevy,

Is it crashing for a specific user or everyone? If its specific user, please check the permissions for that user on the network drive, also re-profile the users account if possible and check.

We have limitations when networks are concern.

              Regards,

              Om

                Hi,

It occurs randomly with some of our users and all of our users have the same permissions. But since we use a third-party plugin, it might be the source of the problem. We investigate with the plugin developers.

I'll let you know, anyway, thanks for your concern.
