Even worse the 24x7 Adobe help online chat service is closed? How can a 24x7 operation be closed?????
Anyway I'd really like the file that I licensed or at the very least a credit back to the 10 download monthly roll over.
Appreciate it if someone from Adobe could comment / address this issue. Thank you.
I've reported this to our content quality team and have added a credit to your account so you can select another image. Have also asked if it's possible to get the correct image.
