Downloading books to my Kobo

I have used this for 2 years.  All of a sudden I cannot get the book from Digital Editions on to my Kobo, please help!!!!  I am not very tech savvy, so be clear and gentle.

I'm having exactly the same problem. I can download books from library, then put them into digital editions. But the option to download on to my kobo is no longer showing.

I can return books to library from digital editions. So problem seems to be between digital editions and my kobo.

Help would be much appreciated.

I am trying to get live chat with Adobe, however it is not working yet.  I will try to let you know if I get resolution.
