I've been trying to do a visitation chat for the past 2 days & it tells me that I have to have the lateset version 10.3.183. However my computer came w/flash player already(a yr ago).  I uninstalled the flash then reinstalled & the msg I got was "

You do not need to install Flash Player." I did the troubleshooting again-

After this step I uninstalled/reinstalled again then I got this

You might want to try running windows updates as Flash player in windows 8 and up is embedded in the OS, and that is the ONLY way to update it for IE and EDGE browsers. NOTHING here on this site will update them for you.
