Error message when trying to render

I am trying to render out a 45 sec long sequence. I am using the Media Encoder but I have also tried the After Effects render engine but I get the same error.

This error message when I try to render out the sequence:

      Export Error

      Error compiling movie.

      Render Error

      Render returned error.

Writing with exporter: DNxHR/DNxHD MXF OP1a

      Writing to file: /Birkir Asgeirsson/RENDER/Sjonvarp i 50 ar/INTRO/Background NOTA.mxf

      Around timecode: 00:00:01:04

      Rendering at offset: 0,960 seconds

Component: DNxHR/DNxHD MXF OP1a of type Exporter

      Selector: 9

      Error code: -1609629695

I found out that there is a composition in my main composition that is creating this error.

The layer (composition) called "Final TV" is the problem because it works when I turn it off.

This is the bad guy. This error started to happen when I duplicated "Screen - Episode Name" composition to make it longer. This still happens if I take them away. I dont have any third party plugins in that composition. I only have Trapcode Particular and Optical Flares in the main comp.

And inside the error composition is this composition.

Sometimes this error message pop up but I have no idea what this means.
