I keep getting this every time I try:

I'm not familiar with that screen and will forward this to the online installer team for assistance.

What OS X version is this on?

The online installer log files may also provide some assistance as to what is causing the failure.  Please see the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh?  and upload the Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document  and post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.
