    Premier Elements Refuses to Open



      I own Adobe elements 14. Starting about 2 hours ago whenever I attempt to open the program two things happen. Either (A) Organizer, instead of Elements opens, or (B) I encount the "License this Product screen. Upon logging in and entering the serial number it kicks me back to the "License this Product" screen. No matter how many times I try either one of these happens. Any ideas?

          Are you saying the program used to open and suddenly stopped or that you've just installed it and it's never opened for you?


          What operating system are you using?


          Have you tried uninstalling, running CCleaner to clean your registry and then reinstalling?


          Have you tried launching the program and holding down the Ctrl+Alt+Shift keys on the LEFT SIDE of your keyboard as the program starts up until your operating system confirms that a change has been made (to delete a possibly corrupt preferences file)?
