Your product versions must match completely. Everything needs to be up to date.
If that does not fix the problem we need to know your system, OS, Adobe version, and workflow in detail down to the very last decimal point. Without that information any solution is nothing more than a guess.
Are you sure that you are running AE, PPro and AME from that same CC version? If that is the case - you have your answer: just update all apps to the same CC version.
