That camera shoots its 4K video in XAVC-S format, which is fully compatible with Premiere Elements 14.
The Premier Elements 14 product features page has a note at the very bottom suggesting 4K support is limited to three cameras and three smart phones! That's a weird marketing mistake! http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere-elements/features.html
I've been editing 4K from two Panasonic cameras and using the "old" version 13. As a participant on a couple other forums, I've not found any examples of Premier Elements 13 or 14 not being able to edit 4K clips from any of the current consumer cameras that are capable of recording 4K.
Steve is correct. The a6300 is not a problem. But, I add that no other camera is either.
