A few things:
* Do your Capture assets show up when you log in with your Adobe ID to Adobe Creative Cloud?
* If they do... Are you logged in to both the app and the desktop app with the same Adobe ID? You can doublecheck this by logging out of the app and the desktop and logging back in.

But I only use one Adobe ID (je n'utilise qu'un identifiant Adobe pour me connecter).
So, I don't understand why the transfert is impossible in several cases and possible with some creations.
And when I wish to share, for example, a form, or a look, by mail (or on Twitter, Facebook...), there is this message on my phone : " Impossible d'atteindre le serveur. Vérifiez votre connexion réseau".
Or the connexion is ok... and with 4G.
Last information : when I created forms, ... few days ago, severals times, it appeared this word in french : "récupéré" (= recovered),
as if it was impossible to transfert immediately the creations.
Is there a link ?
Example : "Essayez Ma bibliothèque Récupéré Récupéré Récupéré Récupéré Récupéré Récupéré Récupéré..."
So what I have to do ?
A couple of things:
* Can you try creating a new library in Capture and moving one or two of your assets into it to see if they sync to Libraries in Illustrator CC?
In case you don't know how to do that:
Tap on any asset you want to move. Once it opens in the Preview screen you'll see a Duplicate icon (two squares with a +) in the lower left corner. Tap that. On the next screen you'll be able to choose the library you want to move it into. Create a new library and put the asset there.
* Can you try sharing from the app again? The product team found a bug in the current version of Capture for Android, but it was fixed this weekend.

It's ok now with Adobe Capture.
Another question : the drawings maked with Adobe Draw are they in a library ?
Or only in Illustrator CC (or Photoshop CC), when I send towards these programs ?

Draw and Sketch drawings are not in Libraries; you have to send them from the apps to the desktop? Are you using Illustrator CC v20.0.0 and the most recent version of the Creative Cloud Desktop App (v126.96.36.1992)?
If you are, you should be able to see your Draw and Sketch drawings in the splash screen of Illustrator CC (it's not yet in Photoshop CC), in the Mobile Creations tab. Just tap that and your mobile work should be there. The attached image is what the desktop will look like.

I use Illustrator CC (2015.03) but the "Mobile creations" is empty.
No project appears.
Moreover, TODAY, Adobe Draw, on my phone, don't allow to send a project to Illustrator CC.Why ? Is there a new version ?
PS : With Adobe Capture, ON MY PHONE, can I delete a look, or a brush, or a form... WITHOUT delete this one in tle library ?
A couple of things to double check:
Make sure you're using the most recent version of the Creative Cloud Destkop App (open the CC Desktop App, click on the Gear icon, then Preferences)
Make sure you're signed in on your phone with the same Adobe as the desktop.
And, quick question: What type of Creative Cloud account do you have? Is it Individual or Enterprise or Education?
Oh, one more thing: If you delete a Capture asset from your phone, it will delete if from your Libraries. I think that may eventually change, but right now if you delete it in one place, it's deleted everywhere.

It's an individual account.
With Capture, It's a pity that 20 GO of storage (included with Adobe acount) do not allow to store assets... because my telephone has limited capacities !
I'm checking with the Illustrator team about why you may not be seeing the Mobile Creations tab, but a couple more things:
* I just noticed that there's an Illustrator update (v2015.3.1). Can you update the app if it's not already.
* The start screen for Illustrator is only accessible from a restart of the app. I wan't to make sure you had tried closing and reopening it.
Yesterday, I uninstalled Adobe Capture on my phone, then reinstalled it, and now, all seems ok.
