I was wondering if there was any way to download photoshop on my school chromebook as it is a valuable resource to me throughout the school year. Is there any way possible to do so?
Sure... just as soon as you install either Mac or Windows... both of which are approved operating systems

I hope you got Brusgovn's answer. Although you can get Photoshop Streaming to work on your Chromebook, what you can't get working is these forums. When John Smith's sarcastic, snarky answer gets ten points for being the correct one, you should know never to return here. The "Adobe community" just can't be counted on for answering questions.

Thanks for your question, Garrisonwaugh. The desktop version of Photoshop requires Windows or macOS to download and install the software. You can find complete information on the requirements at https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html
Chromebooks are designed to access web services and apps and don't often don't have the more powerful hardware found on Windows or Mac computers.
