The status of my ticket (0188110468) still in progress up to now and it is related to Hyperlink.
When using Acrobat 11, all works OK. then when using DC, seems some function are gone.
still waiting for Adobe Technician. BTW: I am using the latest CC and the latest updates as per 24/08/2016., so it's been a year, Adobe hasn't resolved the issue.

The result depends on the type of hyperlinks in your PDF document and the PDF viewer app that you are using.
Would you please provide more information about your problem?
Your question was posted to the Acrobat Reader for iPhone and iPad (mobile app) forum. But we do not use ticket numbers in the Adobe user forums.
Did Adobe Customer Care provide the ticket number? I'd recommend contacting Adobe Customer Care, if you still have an open case.
