I migrated the Adobe Acrobat DC license to a new computer, and it works editing PDFs, but when she goes to export a PDF to a Word document (worked before) it is suddenly giving pricing options. She is signed in to the application.

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...
-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed

The actual issue was that I had installed it, but when she ran it for the first time she didn't do something and it didn't get registered properly. Thanks for your help!
