Are you licensing through a specific Adobe App or through the website? Try clearing your browser cache restart your browser and try again. Also if you could provide an image number it would help to see if it is image related.
I'm trying to license it through Photoshop. I tried the web with the same result. I don't see an image number but it's titled "A shot of a gym".
Could you please try updating the credit card details associated with the Stock on demand plan under Plans & Products. It seems that payment is not being authorized for the card ending 5543.
Then try to license the image.
