Does not look like a font to me, it looks like a simple path shape layer with a stroke applied. Different colors layered on top of each other.
You could duplicate the procedure like this:
Then it's just a matter of timing.
If you wanted to reveal a font then you could use trim paths on a shape layer and then use the shape layer as a track matte for the font. Drawing on like this is a common practice and there are a lot of tutorials on the subject.

Did you look at my project file? There's no one click solution to this. It requires some manual work. All of the effects you have shown can be created with track mattes.
There's nothing magic here. Just some hard work.
