Where To Find Serial Number for Adobe Cloud Student/Teacher Addition?

Hello All,

I bought the Adobe Cloud Student/Teacher addition and accompanying adobe products last year. I had about one year of payments to make. Soon after I finished making the payments, my computer fried.

I bought a new one and there seems to be no way for me to find a serial number or re-download file for my products?

Is this a normal issue?

I'm running on a Lenovo Edge 2 and am using Windows 10.

Any help at all would be appreciated!

Some general information for a Cloud subscription

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?
