We have a Complex Animation created in Animate CC using HTML5 Canvas stage.
A human character walking along the screen with village scene in background.
When rendered HTML file is run in browser, it is Jerky compared to it's SWF version.
Few things to note while publishing your files for HTML5 canvas target.
1. Filters and color effects on Symbols are very expensive computationally and are cached (automatically) while rendering. Try to reduce these as much as possible as they will cause the internal animation within any cached symbol to freeze.
2. Try to use Cache as Bitmap for complex static vector shapes wherever possible.
3. Try to minimize custom ease in classic tweens.
