Adobe Presenter 11, Interaction does not play audio when uploaded to Adobe Connect. Suggestions?

I'm creating a web based course using Adobe Presenter 11 and I attached audio to an interaction. The audio plays fine in the preview, but when uploaded to Adobe Connect, the audio does not play.

Audio inserted through PPT will not translate to the published presentation. In general a preview is a close representation of what you will see in the finished product, but actually publishing it is the most honest way to verify what you have.

The only audio that will play back with the presentation is the audio that is inserted or recorded through Adobe Presenter or video files that are inserted via Adobe Presenter.

If you need audio to happen on an interaction it will need to be done by placing a wait for user command so the presentation pauses until they interact or you'll need to look at an application like Captivate, which would allow you to place an audio file with an interaction.
