    I have purchased creative cloud. However, when installed, the software defaults back to my old adobe id account. How can I start with the new account in which the purchase was made?


      I have purchased creative cloud on a new student account as I'm presently a full time student. However, when I download the creative cloud app and try to log on, it takes me back to my old adobe id. How can I get rid of that id account on my pc so I can start using my new account? Any tips would be really appreciated as I need to use the software ASAP! Rob
