    How do I transfer existing account info and software to new computer, as previous new computer has been returned to manufacturer, due to a defect?


      I purchased a new computer in May, 2016.  It has since been returned to the manufacturer, due to a defect.  The manufacturer of the PC contacted me to advise as there is no timetable for the computer to be repaired and returned, I should simply purchase a new computer.  Am I able to deactivate the software from the former computer and install/download it, with the existing account information, on the new computer without having to repurchase said software?  Thank you for any and all assistance.
