What version NUMBER of LIghtroom? (Do not tell me "current" or "up-to-date")
What operating system version NUMBER?
Where do I find the version number ?
Sent from my iPhone
In Lightroom, use the menu command Help->System Info
when clicking on the system info I received this error message "Unexpected error performing command: bad argument #7 to '?' ( Boolean expected, got nil)"
Not sure what that means but nothing else opened after that to determine the version number.
Are you on OSX or Windows? That was dj's second question. What is the version number of your operating system?
Restart your system (agian), start LR and try Help->System info again.
Copy the information here (if you get any).
If you get the same error message then above, uninstall and reinstall LR.
here's the information from LR

Upgrade your LR version. If that does not solve the problem, return to the forum.
