I've paid for my Lr 6 v6.0 and have a problem/bug which is an obstacle to work.
Tried to report the problem thousands of times,... no answer...
I want a solution or money back.
Can someone help and tell me who to write, please? (I think Forums are for non paying users, not for people who pay hundreds for a software)
The problem is, each time I scroll the bottom bar (in Library or Develop Mode), with the bar or with arrow keys on my keyboard, the software shuts down.

forums are user to user help.
First update your LR to the latest version (6.0 is not a current version). Then use the program. If you still experience trouble, contact the forum again. Post the version of LR and your OS.

If you have just purchased the software you can return it: Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order
The current version is LR 6.6.1 so at least try that. LR / Help / Updates is the normal way to get updates. You can also download the 6.6.1 patch installer from here: Keeping Lightroom Up-to-Date
The issue sounds like there might be a problem with your video drivers so update those if you can.
