    Masking a background object

      Hi Everyone

      Hoping someone can help.

I have shot a talking heads video and trying to remove a particular object behind the person's head. During a few frames during the video the person's heads moves only very marginally in front of the object that needs to be removed.

Could someone point me towards the right tutorial to tackle this?

      Any advice would be appreciated.

      Thanks

The best technique depends entirely on the shot. Generally you need to do some rotoscoping and add a layer or two. There are dozens of tutorials on dozens of different techniques. If you could show us a screenshot or a frame of your video we could point you in the right direction. Just drag the image to the reply field on the forum and describe the action as well as you can.
