Sorry to hear that you were having issues making a purchase.
It looks like your card details have been successfully changed and a new order has processed.
I am having the same problem when I try to purchase anything on Adobe Stock. The message that comes up is: "There is a problem with your payment. Please try again later or contact Adobe tech support."
I checked everything on my side and it's the card is fine. Please RSVP.

Could you please try the following:
Access your Adobe ID account online - Adobe ID
Under Plans & Products, select the Stock plan and click 'Edit payment details'
Update your credit card details & click Save
Then try to place a new order

I've got a similar problem: My old card was expiring so I have added my new one but it still says there's a problem with my recent payment and I need to update my payment details. I've checked several times and I know all of my card details are correct so I don't know why it isn't working
