i recently had my card replaced due to some attempted fraud and had to have a new one sent out. on receipt i changed my details on adobe.com so my payments for my photoshop and lightroom plan would continue as per usual.
i have noticed this month though on my bank statement the cash has been taken from my account twice. i am unable to speak to anyone at adobe at anytime as there calls centres and chat support isn't available on weekends and i work 9-5 like them every day in the week.
who can i get in touch with to resolve this issue as i dont want it happening every month.
